If you have submitted a photo to have an OneCard made, you will receive an email from onecard@massbay.edu when it is ready. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. To pick up your OneCard, you must present a physical, valid ID as listed in the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ Identity Verification Policy. OneCard's expire after 2 years for students and 4 years for faculty/staff, so you do not need to get a new one each semester.
A valid physical ID, as listed in the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ Identity Verification Policy, is required to pick up your OneCard.

The OneCard is the official ID for ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ Community College, issued to all credit-bearing students and employees. It must be carried at all times and is non-transferable—altering or lending it may result in disciplinary action.
