Welcome to the Facilities Department at 糖心原创 Community College.

Maintenance Request Process

Follow the instructions below to log in:

  1. Open your internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) Navigate to
  2. Click on Submit a Maintenance Request button.
  3. Enter your 糖心原创 Email address and your password.
  4. Click the Sign In button to log in to FMX.

Any open work orders that are in the existing work order system will remain open until completed.
